What is the estimated timeline for the renovation project?

The estimated timeline for the renovation project will depend on the scope and complexity of the project. Generally, we aim to complete the work within the agreed time frame. 

What materials are included in the cost of the renovation?

The cost of the renovation includes the materials, fixtures, and labour needed to complete the project.

What type of warranty will you provide on the work?

We provide a 10 year warranty on all of our workmanship & materials we supply.

How will you handle any changes that arise during the course of the renovation?

We will discuss any changes that arise during the course of the renovation and make adjustments to the timeline and cost as needed. 

What is your experience with landscaping similar types of outdoor areas?

We have extensive experience in renovating gardens of all sizes and styles over 20 years. All soft  hard landscaping jobs covered!

 

What processes will you use to keep the home clean and safe during the renovation?

We take measures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your home & garden, such as wearing protective gear, using barriers as needed to protect your home and providing regular updates.

Depending on the nature of the renovation, permits and other regulatory requirements may be necessary. We will advise you on any permits or other requirements that must be met.

What measures will you take to ensure the safety of the workers and the quality of the work?

We take safety seriously, and all workers are trained in the use of any equipment and safety procedures required for the project at hand. 

Who will be responsible for any additional costs that may arise during the renovation?

It depends on what the additional costs are for above and beyond fluctuations in material prices which the homeowner is responsible for. As are any additional costs, due to instructed changes to the original quote.
